Product Support & Feedback#

ServiceFabric® is supported by Digital Realty’s Global Command Center (GCC). For questions or product issues, you can create support tickets via the MarketPlace portal or the EMEA Customer portal.

You can provide product feedback by emailing the ServiceFabric® Product Management team.

Scale Support#
  1. Choose SUPPORT SERVICES on the left navigation panel.
  2. Select REMOTE HANDS SERVICES and then choose GENERAL REMOTE HANDS SERVICE from the drop-down menu.
  3. Choose your facility.
  4. Add your contact information to the form.
  5. In the General Information section, for the title put “ServiceFabric” and in the description reference “ServiceFabric”. High Priority = outage Low Priority= question
  6. Click ADD SUPPORT REQUEST
